Down by the fjord – pt I

Lately I’ve been drawn to the fjord / water  and I’ve spent a lot of time photographing there. There is something special about the ocean / water. It’s inviting, but also quite scary at the same time. There are few things that beat the open sea. That feeling when you all you can see in front of you is the blue ocean, is magical.

I can sit and watch the water for hours if I wanted. It’s quite medidating. Hearing the waves crash against the rocks, either it’s smoothly on a relative calm day or agresively on a stormy day … I love it.

I’ve been carying my camera and leses in my yellow backpack every day and whenever I’ve had the oportunety, I’ve taken a trip to the fjord downtown to photograph for a little while, before heading home for dinner and other obligations. I love to wind down after a stressful day at work, and what is better than walking along the Oslofjord to do so?

I have too many photos to post them in one post, so I’m gonna give you these photos a little at the time. Here are the first ones. Hope you like them. Enjoy!
